Our aluminum-multilayer pipe is a modern composite material: it combines the advantages of plastic and metal for new, enhanced properties in handling and operation. This results in a significant advantage for the work and daily use of the product.
These distinct advantages are generated in a special manufacturing process that takes many factors into account. Only the exact coordination of all parameters in production delivers the desired result: absolutely reproducible quality. This makes our quality reliable and safe, then the material plays out all its advantages over its entire service life.

SUSTAINABILITY – NOW FOR THE FUTURE
In contrast to pure metal pipes, the metal content in the composite material is reduced by about 80%. This also significantly reduces the energy used and thus improves the environmental balance.
The pipe material PERT Typ II is a development which, in comparison to PE, allows an increased temperature load. It is therefore ideally suited for use in sanitary and heating installations. Unlike PEX material, PERT Typ II is recyclable, which contributes to sustainability.
The aluminum-multi-layer pipe retains its very smooth pipe surfaces throughout the entire product life; neither corrosion nor deposits occur. The pipe cross-section and thus the flow rate remain unchanged, so the pressure loss in the overall system does not change.
The thin aluminum layer ensures the form stability and oxygen tightness of the pipe. This means that the pipe remains in its once-bent shape and no spring back forces occur during installation. This facilitates installation due to good bendability, dimensional stability and the absence of restoring forces. The entry of oxygen, which can cause damage to integrated devices in the heating installation, is eliminated. This ensures greater safety of the overall installation.
To ensure the low thermal expansion of the pipe, the aluminum pipe is firmly bonded to the PE-RT layers with the bonding agent. In this way, the thermal expansion remains about the same as that of copper. This results in less expansion work for the pipes and reduces stresses in the installation.
